Summary:

The IT Operations Project Coordinator/Business Analyst has primary responsibilities of gathering, managing and communicating requirements that will be used to deliver value to WellDyneRx. Manages projects that are considered small to medium-sized and moderately complex projects; develops and maintains a productive working relationship with internal sponsors, IT Systems, Networks, Security and key stakeholders; perform duties such as facilitate activities, report on statuses and ensure sponsors stay informed with accurate timely information to make decisions.

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaising with business units and IT Operations to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Develop and execute project plans, drive projects to completion
  • Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Help define business requirements for the technology team to improve production, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • Provide business and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Crisis management as problems and issues arise
  • Present frequently to leadership on projects, key initiatives, and come up with recommendations on key business needs or issues.
  • Communicate with cross-functional leads on growth and operational initiatives.
  • Measure and share impact of initiatives for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Additional duties as assigned.  

Requirements

  • Desire to excel in and positively impact a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter that is comfortable working independently, as well as influencing cross-functional teams
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a senior project coordinator/junior project manager with business analyst experience working with IT Operations infrastructure, information security, and disaster recovery
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to lead productive group meetings
