Performance Analyst

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial risk associated with client contract performance
  • Make monthly recommendations to improve client financial performance
  • Work with operations to implement and quality check all pricing changes that are made
  • Conduct Annual and Ad Hoc financial reconciliations as needed
  • Build queries and models to track financial performance

Education and Experience

  • 3+ Years of Analytical Experience Required
  • Must possess a BS/BA in Finance, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative area

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High proficiency in Excel required (Detailed experience of all Lookup, and Logic formulas required)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce.com, or Tableau preferred
  • Ability to analyze, and interpret data based on results
  • Skills in performing detailed and complex numerical computations and reports
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling
  • Must have advanced attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to show leadership in a team and deadline driven environment

Work Environment / Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer.  Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard phone, fax machine, and copier.
